Jerome L. de Silva, Artistic Director of The Workshop Players, states, “Having witnessed the suffering of children with cancer and their families, I knew we had to organize a fundraiser to support them.” In response to this urgent need, the ensemble has united their talents and passion to provide comfort and assistance to children fighting cancer.
All proceeds from the concert will go directly to Suwa Arana – a place for healing, which offers compassionate end- of-life care for children. The centre’s Rainbow Rooms allow families to stay together, ensuring that children receive not only medical attention but also emotional and spiritual care in their time of need. Audiences can eagerly expect a stellar lineup of performances that highlight the very best of musical theatre and beyond.
