ODEL’s Delight department has opened at the Mount Lavinia store of the brand, to appease the sweet cravings of shoppers.
A range of sweets including chocolates, biscuits and homemade items will feature at the new Delight section at the Mount Lavinia store. These include gummies, sour tapes, jelly beans, tablet candies, nuts, dried fruit and seeds, milk toffees, brownies, cupcakes, Belgian and other international chocolates from Guylian, Ritter Sport and Hamlet.
An “O” cupcake, especially designed to commemorate the birthday of Otara Gunewardene, founder and CEO of ODEL, which coincided with the opening of the Delight section, was also launched at the event. The new Delight section was ceremonially opened by Otara Gunewardene.
