Some of the new dishes on the menu at Spoons

Spoons Restaurant of Hilton Colombo launched a new menu for its distinguished customers who value exclusive gastronomy. The new menu offers a combination of authentic and western flavours creating a unique experience that will rejuvenate one’s taste buds.

The Executive Chef Rohan Fernandopulle and Chef Buddika Samarasekara (Spoons Kitchen) have worked together to create a unique natural flavour to their dishes. They have renewed the entire menu to give a novel experience of fine cuisine to their clientele.

One of the soups on offer is the Ceylon Bouillabaisse, a seafood soup simmered in a Sri Lankan spiced saffron bouillion.

At Spoons one has the option of experiencing imported meat items such as, Prime Lamb, Angus Beef and Foie Gras.

The Spoons menu also features an amazing variety of new seafood dished that will unfold the delicacies of the ocean. For example Sesame seared tuna steak with marinated salmon is one of the exceptional appetizers.

The warm flourless chocolate cake with earl gray and white chocolate is an extraordinary dessert that brings out the genuine flavor of Sri Lankan earl gray tea.
