Coinciding with Chef Publis’s 77th birthday, The Royal Meals of The Last King of Sri Lanka—the world’s smallest recipe book, which is 1cm x 1cm and only five milligrams in weight, with 42 recipes was launched along with several other publications. The information for the book was obtained from the ancient texts of ola leafs preserved in Kandy. Sanath Ukwatte, Chairman – Mount Lavinia Hotel and Ven Weragoda Sarada Thero were the chief guests at the occasion. Hundreds of well-wishers attended the event.
