The first EMCEE store for branded kiddies items was opened at K-Zone, Ja-Ela. EMCEE is the licensed dealer in Sri Lanka for retail of Marvel, Barbie, Disney and Warner Brothers branded kiddies items.
Branded toys, t-shirts, lunch boxes and water bottles and other stationery items will be available at the store which hopes to cater to kids from ages 3–14. The store is open on from 11 am to 8 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 8 pm on weekends.
“This is the first time we are opening a store in Sri Lanka which will have branded items for kids. Naturally most of these kids love to have Marvel and Disney toys. That is why we ventured into this task,” said Mittha Gunasekera, Proprietor – EMCEE Kiddies Store and Director/Chairman – EMCEE Travels. He further added that another two branches will be opened in Colombo and Kandy in the near future.
