The elegantly designed lounge at the Waters Edge creates a relaxing atmosphere to unwind and enjoy a selection of over 16 varieties of Dilmah Exceptional Teas. The collection includes handpicked brews and herbal infusions, which are selected for their quality, fragrance and character.
The inaugural ‘Exceptional Tea Experience’ was held under the patronage of Merrill J Fernando, Founder, Dilmah and his sons Dilhan C Fernando and Malik Fernando.
Gourmet Ceylon black and green teas are available in deliciously different combinations. Each fused with the 5,000 year history of tea and 21st century taste and style. The culinary team at Waters Edge led by Executive Chef Buddhika has carefully curated a menu, to complement the teas. Some dishes use tea as an ingredient such as Earl Grey Tea infused Macaroons.
