The city office was opened by Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena, Deputy Economic Development Minister and the ceremony was attended by many distinguished guests. The opening was done with the lighting of the traditional oil lamp by the distinguished guests, followed by a chance for the guests to mingle, enjoying the friendly atmosphere.
