The delectable cuisine prepared by Chef Geir Skeie

Chef Geir Skeie, the award winning Norwegian chef and winner of the 2008 Bocuse d’Or Europe, 
and the 2009 Bocuse d’Or world final, took centre stage at Spoons, Hilton’s contemporary fine dining restaurant.

Bringing his international culinary expertise to Sri Lanka, Chef Skeie took guests on a culinary voyage with tantalising mouthwatering flavours along with Hilton’s very own Chef Rohan Fernandopulle. Diners experienced an unforgettably unique evening at the Chaine des Rotisseurs Dinner with the carefully prepared delectable cuisine.

The arrival of Chef Geir Skeie 
not only highlights Hilton Colombo’s anniversary festivities but also boosts the standards of the culinary skills in the country. This year Hilton Colombo celebrates 25 years of service excellence while delivering on Conrad Hilton’s vision of spreading the light and warmth of hospitality, in Sri Lanka.
