La Belle Époque is located on a property that embraces a rich history that dates back to over a century. It was owned by Her Majesty the Queen of England and conveyed to the ancestors of the current owners in 1845. The 20th century saw the construction of this colonial bungalow on a vast coconut estate. The building was built as a beachside holiday home, bound by French teak-framed windows with ample natural ventilation and large verandahs.
