Mount Lavinia Hotel along with the Attidiya Sithara Sangeetha Asapuwa commemorated the importance of Poson Poya Day with an evening of Devotional Songs (Bakthi Gee). The evening focused on the importance of the day and emphasising the introduction of Buddhism to the island in 3rd Century B C was voiced in song.
The evening was organised by the Buddhist Society of MLH and guests and other dignitaries were invited to revel in the evening.
