Situated in Colombo 10, facing the main road, Serendib Grand stands out as an imposing white edifice that consists of the three-levels. With a multitude of windows, the architecture of Serendib Grand gives an impression of entering a royal abode. With an experienced team to cater to all your requirements, Serendib Grand provides the ideal venue for weddings, engagement ceremonies, receptions, parties and other social gatherings, as well as corporate events such as product launches, award ceremonies, seminars, conferences and meetings.

Serendib Grand is a star-class facility fulfilling all the requirements from banquet to catering, music, flowers and much more. The staff at Serendib Grand are known as facilitators or consultants and they will assist the client to make the right decisions that are suitable for their respective events.

Upon entering the newly laid patio with the impressive light fixture and landscaped garden, just beyond the lobby area, one would enter 

the Pearl Hall on the ground floor. This Hall can accommodate up to 330 guests. The Crystal Hall is on the first floor and provides beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding. The seating capacity of the Crystal Hall is 360 guests. It has two dressing rooms that can be utilized by the clients.

The Opal Hall, which is on the second floor can accommodate up to 200 guests. This high ceiling hall opens out to the rooftop terrace where canopies can be setup according to the requirement of the event. Ideal for corporate events the rooftop terrace is a suitable space for cock- tails. Hot stations can also be provided on this space. The views are beautiful from the rooftop terrace.

All the halls are beautifully and luxuriously decorated and are in- stalled with state-of-the-art lighting and audio-visual systems. The seating arrangements can be made depending on the client’s preferences. Further- more, the interior of the hall can be customized according to the theme of the client’s functions and there are over 150 styles to select from. The team at Serendib Grand will have a continuous dialogue with the client to ensure that the client’s requirements are fulfilled to make their event a success.

Clients have a selection for their food and beverages, where they can choose from a traditional spread, multi cuisine buffet and party menu. The food and beverages menu can also be customized according to the client’s preferences.

With the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, Serendib Grand adheres strictly to the stipulated regulations and all events are held accordingly in a safe environment.

The team at Serendib Grand will tailor-make the solutions so that each event is unique and according to the customer’s requirements. The setting will be luxurious and elegant with a beautiful ambiance created for the special occasion at the Serendib Grand, which will indeed be memorable.
