The sixth Winemakers dinner was held at Mount Lavinia Hotel and hosted by Paul Boulden, Chief Winemaker of Sandalford Winery. Paul Boulden took the guests through a full range of Sandalford wines with a delicious menu created by MLH chefs and headed by Indika Jayawardena, Executive Chef.
Prakash Mirchandani, Managing Director – Favourite International, distributor of the wine in Sri Lanka, expressed his delight and stated, “the Food and Wine experiences offered at MLH are unparalleled and, since Sandalford has a highly regarded restaurant on the Vineyard, this event fits in wonderfully with the fantastic direction that MLH has taken in bringing gourmet experiences to Colombo.”
