There’s a repertoire of seven dining options at the Grand to offer patrons cuisines on different days of the week.
Food and tradition is the first where every Monday at Nuga Gama, a show starts at 8pm under the canopy of the 200 year old banyan tree. Tuesday is all things Indian, with the hotel’s South Indian restaurant Chutneys presenting the Vegetarian Menu from 7pm to 11pm. Eat like Italians do, on Wednesday, an authentic Italian repast is laid out at Echo from 7pm to 11pm. Thursdays feature the ultimate fusion feast with an epicurean menu of 24 dishes at Tao from 7pm to 12 midnight. On Friday is the Breeze offer, Saturday Family table side BBQ at the poolside from 5pm onwards and Sunday Indulgence for the Seven Day Indulgences Menu is ‘Maalu Maalu’.
